"Shelly Birthday" promotional campaign (or "the Campaign") is organized by Shelly USA Inc. and is valid exclusively via our official online store https://us.shelly.com.

1. The Campaign will run from Wednesday 22.07.2026 at 06:00 AM PST ("the Start date") until Wednesday 29.07.2026 at 11:59 PST ("End date").
2. The Campaign offers a discount up to 50% on all products, excluding those marked with the "NEW" badge. Discounts will be visible as strikethrough prices on our website.
3. 8% discount on all products marked with the "NEW" badge is available exclusively to customers who have registered into the Shelly VIP List ("VIP Customer"). The discount shall be available through a coupon code in the VIP Customer profile.
4. All orders at minimum value of $200 (after all discounts, excluding shipping fees and including VAT, where applicable) are entitled to receive a gift product ("Gift Product").
   1. The free Gift Product will be added to the cart at zero cost. One purchase order is entitled to one Gift Product only.
   2. The Gift Product Promotion applies to purchase orders at minimum value and does not include any element of chance. If the order is partially or fully refunded and cease to meet the minimum value requirement for a Gift Product under the terms and conditions of the Promotion the user shall return the Gift Product as well. If the user chooses to keep it, the Organizer is entitled to charge the user the full regular price of the Gift Product as shown in the online shop at the time of purchase.
   3. The Gift Product is provided free of charge but it is not free of delivery and any associated costs. All delivery costs and terms shall apply as per the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop.
   4. The user can decide to remove the free gift from the order if it is not needed.
   5. The Gift Product Promotion shall apply until stock of the Gift Products lasts. The Organizer does not guarantee that all Gift Products will be available for the duration of the Campaign. The Organizer reserves the right but is not obliged to update the list of gift devices at any time, including by adding or removing Gift Product. The Organizer is not liable for any damages or compensation in any form if at the time of purchasing some or all of the Gift Product are not available.
5. Promotional discounts on products under this Campaign cannot be combined with any discount vouchers, codes, or coupons. However, such vouchers, codes, or coupons may be used on other products within the same order, provided they are not part of the Campaign.
6. The Discount does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties.
7. All promotional discounts are available while supplies last. Shelly USA Inc. does not guarantee product availability during the entire Campaign period.
8. Free shipping is only available for the US, for orders above $50. Standard shipping rates as displayed at checkout shall apply.
9. Delivery terms for orders placed during the Campaign may exceed standard delivery timeframes. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for any delays.
10. In the case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid.
11. This Campaign is valid only for customers with shipping addresses located in the United States, Canada, and Latin America ("LATAM"). Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these regions are not eligible for the promotional discounts described herein.
12. None of the promotional benefits can be sold, transferred, or exchanged for their monetary value or other products or services, nor are they subject to any negotiation.

Shelly USA Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions, as well as to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or any Promotion thereof at any time for any reason, in its discretion, including without limitation in the event of fraud, abuse, tampering, technical, administrative, financial, or other difficulties. In such cases, the Organizer will post a notice at https://us.shelly.com/.

Shelly USA Inc. may refuse to apply any promotional terms and to provide any promotional benefits if: (i) the requirements under these Terms and Conditions or the applicable law are not met, (ii) ordered by a competent government body, or (iii) fraud is alleged. The Organizer's decision in any such cases is final.

Shelly USA Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Campaign, including technical issues, website errors. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for third-party service failures.
