Electrical Technician - Home Automation Device Installer
Responsibilities:
- Installation, setup, and maintenance of devices and systems for home automation;
- Designing electrical schematics and installations related to automation systems;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in installed systems;
- Conducting tests and trials on installed devices to ensure their functionality and safety.
- Training clients on the use and maintenance of installed systems;
- Maintaining documentation for performed installations, repairs, and tests;
- Collaborating with other team members and participating in projects to improve installation processes;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients;
- Complying with all regulatory and company safety requirements when working with electrical devices and systems.
Requirements:
- Completed secondary or higher education in the field of electrical engineering or related specialties;
- Professional experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and devices;
- Knowledge of working with home automation devices and systems;
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation;
- Computer literacy and skills in working with various software for managing automation systems;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients;
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Driving license category B and willingness to travel to client sites.
Technical Account Manager - 3rd Party Integrations
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction;
- Understand clients' business objectives and technical needs to deliver tailored solutions and drive value;
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues promptly;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions;
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements;
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term client relationships and drive business growth;
- Monitor and manage client feedback, implementing corrective actions to address any concerns or issues;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
