1. The Campaign will run from Thursday 24.07.2025 at 09:00 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2) („the Start date“) until Wednesday 30.07.2025 at 11:59 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+2) ("End date"). 
2. The Campaign offers a discount up to 30% on all products, excluding those marked with the "NEW" badge. Discounts will be visible as strikethrough prices on our website.  
3. The promotional discount does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, tax and custom duties. 
4. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout for orders within the eligible European countries 1 specified herein provided the following minimum order values are met: 

• Bulgaria: orders over 100 BGN. 
• Germany: orders over €79. 
• other European countries: orders over €150. 

Customs duties and other non-shipping fees are not covered. 

1. The promotional discount on products under this Campaign cannot be combined with any other discount offers, vouchers, codes, or coupons. However, such vouchers, codes, or coupons may be used on other products within the same order, if they are not part of the Campaign. 
2. All promotional discounts are available until stocks last. Shelly Europe Ltd. does not guarantee product availability during the entire Campaign period. 
3. In case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid.   
4. Delivery terms for orders placed during the Campaign may exceed standard delivery timeframes. Shelly Europe Ltd. is not responsible for any delays.
