Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Shelly Gift Voucher sold in the United States (hereinafter refer to as “Shelly Gift Voucher”, “Voucher”).  The Shelly Gift Vouchers are issued by Shelly USA Inc., United States based company, having register office at 10161 West Park Run Drive, Ste 150, Las Vegas, NV 89145.

 

By purchasing a Shelly Gift Voucher through www.us.shelly.com (US Shelly Shop), the Consumer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Condition.

 

Shelly USA Inc. reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such changes will be effective upon publication on the US Shelly Shop and will not retroactively affect previously purchased Vouchers. You as a consumer, on your responsibility, should read these Terms and conditions regularly and familiarize yourself with the amendments (if any).

 

Purchase

The Shelly Gift Voucher is an electronic voucher and may be purchased only through the US Shelly Shop using payment methods accepted at checkout. Upon successful purchase, the Consumer will receive a confirmation email containing the Voucher code.

 

The Shelly Gift Voucher may not be purchased at a discount unless expressly stated by Shelly USA Inc. and may not be obtained through unauthorized promotions or campaigns.

 

Usage

 

The Shelly Gift Voucher may be redeemed exclusively for products and services offered through the US Shelly Shop at us.shelly.com.

 

The Voucher may be used for multiple transactions until its balance is fully redeemed and may be applied as partial payment for a purchase. Voucher balances are applied to the purchase subtotal excluding taxes, shipping, and handling, unless otherwise stated.

 

If the Voucher balance does not cover the full purchase amount, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

 

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, the Shelly Gift Voucher may be combined with promotions, discounts, and campaigns offered on the US Shelly Shop.

 

 

 

 

Territory & Eligibility

The Shelly Gift Voucher is redeemable only for purchases made through the US Shelly Shop and for orders shipped to addresses within the United States. For the purposes of these Terms, “United States” means the fifty (50) U.S. states and expressly excludes U.S. territories and any other jurisdictions. Orders with shipping addresses outside this region, including U.S. territories and locations outside the United States such as Costa Rica, are not eligible for redemption under these Terms.

 

Expiration

The Shelly Gift Voucher expires five (5) years from the date of purchase, except where prohibited or limited by applicable state law. Any unused balance remaining after expiration will be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law.

 

Sales tax is not charged at the time of Voucher purchase. Applicable sales tax may be charged at redemption based on the delivery location, product type, and applicable state and local tax laws.

 

 

Refunds, Lost or Misuse

Shelly Gift Vouchers are not refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable state law, including laws requiring cash redemption of small remaining balances.

The Shelly Gift Voucher is treated as a cash equivalent. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, deleted, or unauthorized use of a Voucher. The risk of loss passes to the Consumer upon electronic delivery of the Voucher via email.

 

Shelly USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any Voucher or related transaction if it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any remaining balance may be voided without replacement or compensation, except where required by law. Vouchers may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Shelly Gift Vouchers, their use, or these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
