The "Father's Day" promotional campaign (the "Campaign") will run from Tuesday, June 16, 2026 (the "Start Date") at 06:00 AM PST until Monday, June 22, 2026 (the "End Date") at 11:59 PM PST, exclusively on the online sales platform available at https://us.shelly.com, where Shelly USA Inc. acts as the "Seller".

By making use of any of the promotions within the Campaign, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Shelly USA Inc. (the “Organizer”). These Terms and Conditions of the Campaign does not limit any statutory rights and obligations of the user or any such provided under the General Terms and Conditions on the online store at the following address https://us.shelly.com/pages/return-policy.

1. The Campaign offers a 15% discount on all products, excluding those marked with the "NEW" badge. The discount is available for all customers of Shelly USA Inc. via https://us.shelly.com. Extra 5% discount on all products is available exclusively to customers who have registered into the Shelly VIP List (“VIP Customer”).
2. Promotional discounts on products under this Campaign cannot be combined with any discount vouchers, codes, or coupons. However, such vouchers, codes, or coupons may be used on other products within the same order, provided they are not part of the Campaign.
3. The Discount does not apply to delivery costs, including shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties.
4. All promotional discounts are available while supplies last. Shelly USA Inc. does not guarantee product availability during the entire Campaign period.
5. Free shipping is only available for the US, for orders above $50. Standard shipping rates as displayed at checkout shall apply.
6. Delivery terms for orders placed during the Campaign may exceed standard delivery timeframes. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for any delays.
7. In the case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid.
8. This Campaign is valid only for customers with shipping addresses located in the United States, Canada, and Latin America ("LATAM"). Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these regions are not eligible for the promotional discounts described herein.
9. None of the promotional benefits can be sold, transferred, or exchanged for their monetary value or other products or services, nor are they subject to any negotiation.

Shelly USA Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions, as well as to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign or any Promotion thereof at any time for any reason, in its discretion, including without limitation in the event of fraud, abuse, tampering, technical, administrative, financial, or other difficulties. In such cases, the Organizer will post a notice at https://us.shelly.com/.
Shelly USA Inc. may refuse to apply any promotional terms and to provide any promotional benefits if: (i) the requirements under these Terms and Conditions or the applicable law are not met, (ii) ordered by a competent government body, or (iii) fraud is alleged. The Organizer’s decision in any such cases is final.
Shelly USA Inc. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Campaign, including technical issues, website errors. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for third-party service failures.
