Shelly Group Joins Germany’s SDAX Index

Shelly Group SE will be included in the SDAX index family starting 10 April 2026. The announcement was made by the index provider STOXX as part of a regular index adjustment. The SDAX comprises the 70 largest companies in the German equity market ranking below the DAX and MDAX based on free float market capitalization and trading volume.

The inclusion is the result of a consistently executed capital markets strategy. Shelly Group has systematically built the foundation for this milestone through its listing in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2021 and the start of trading on XETRA in April 2024. A targeted increase in free float by the founders ensured the company met all relevant criteria.

Dimitar Dimitrov, Co-CEO and Co-Founder, stated: β€žThis marks a significant milestone confirming the company's growth and capital markets strategy. Shelly Group is proud to be the first Bulgarian company admitted to trading on XETRA and now the first to be included in the SDAX. This entry validates the operational progress and provides incentive for continued growth.”

Wolfgang Kirsch, Co-CEO, added: β€œThe index inclusion starts a new phase in the company's development. Increased visibility among institutional investors is expected to further enhance the liquidity of the shares. The group remains a dynamically growing provider of smart home and building automation solutions with a presence in over 100 countries.”

In the 2025 financial year, Shelly Group generated consolidated revenues of EUR 149.7 million, representing growth of more than 40%. For 2026, the group expects revenues to reach a range of EUR 195 million to EUR 205 million.

The company continues to strengthen its positioning in European capital markets while expanding its international investor base.
