The "Liberty Day Sale USA 2025 " promotional campaign (the "Campaign") will run from Thursday, July 3, 2025 (the "Start Date") at 06:00 AM PST until Sunday, July 6, 2025 (the "End Date") at 11:59 PM PST, on the online sales platform available at https://us.shelly.com, where Shelly USA Inc. acts as the "Seller".

The Campaign offers a 15% discount when you purchase four (4) or more products in a single order. Products marked with the "NEW" badge are excluded and will not be counted toward the minimum number of items required to qualify for the discount, nor will any discount be applied to them. The discount to the total value of qualifying products in the cart will be automatically applied at checkout once the eligibility criteria are met. No discount code is required.
This promotional discount cannot be combined with any other discount vouchers, codes, or coupons. However, such vouchers, codes, or coupons may still be applied to other products in the same order, provided those products are not part of the Campaign discount.
The offer is valid while supplies last. Shelly USA Inc. does not guarantee the availability of all products for the duration of the Campaign.
Delivery terms for orders placed during the Campaign may exceed standard delivery timeframes. Shelly USA Inc. is not responsible for any delays.
In the case of order cancellation or return, refunds will be issued based on the discounted price paid. Bundled products purchased during the Campaign must be returned as a complete set to be eligible for a refund.
This Campaign is valid only for customers with shipping addresses located in the United States, Canada, and Latin America ("LATAM"). Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these regions are not eligible for the promotional discounts described herein.

Shelly USA Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions, as well as to terminate or extend the Campaign. Any changes shall take effect once posted on https://us.shelly.com.
